He has been personally responsible for discovering and signing some of the firm’s most prestigious clients, including the late pop culture icon Zombie Boy, and stars whose influence continues to resonate worldwide.

In 2013, Dulcedo hosted Canada’s first plus-size model search in partnership with Clin d’Oeil, embracing diversity not as a trend but as a truth. The winner, Melissa Diaz, still proudly represented by Dulcedo today, continues to embody that vision.
Established mother agency status: two Dulcedo talents cracked the prestigious Top 50 Models Worldwide, positioning the agency among global leaders.
Expanded into a new 3,200 sq. ft. headquarters to support rapid growth and innovation—the first spatial expression of Dulcedo’s evolving identity and cross-disciplinary ambitions.
Dulcedo quickly established itself as a global talent incubator.
The agency's early editorial success included placing two of its models, Jarrod Scott and Marc-André Turgeon, among the top 50 male models in the world. Its models were regularly featured on the covers of prestigious publications like Vogue, walked exclusively for luxury designers such as Prada, J W Anderson, Calvin Klein and more.
Era III — The Expansion Era

Opened our first Toronto office at Spadina & King, before expanding into a larger space in Liberty Village—solidifying Dulcedo’s growing presence in Canada’s business and media capital.
Acquired 4249 Agency and welcomed Benjamin Carter, one of Canada’s early influencer strategy adopters, expanding Dulcedo’s capabilities.
Launched Dulcedo Digital Agency (DDA): became a true full-service partner, managing in-house digital campaigns and content strategy for brands and talent alike.
Introduced Dulcedo Sports & Entertainment: Offering specialized support for athletes and entertainment stars, the agency solidifies its multi-industry footprint. Zombie Boy’s visionary presence during this era helped inspire the creation of the “E” in S&E
Signed UFC’s Dustin Poirier and Olympic snowboarder Max Parrot—marking high-profile entries into sports representation.

Signed Olympic icon Sarah Nurse Initating a new era of elite talent representation by signing two powerhouse athletes with global reach.
Launched the Gaming & Entertainment division to engage the next generation of digital talent.
Strategically entering esports early, Dulcedo successfully signs prominent creators, while securing first-of-their-kind brand deals and sponsorships for gaming talent.
Dulcedo Ventures is born, helping creator-led projects scale, with UFC’s Dustin Poirier’s hot sauce hitting $1M in sales within 8 months.
The ‘Dulcedo Rings’ are conceptualized, symbolizing unity across divisions while celebrating each one’s individuality.
