On August 28th, Dulcedo officially turned a new page. What began as a 5à7 gathering at Montreal’s Vogue Hotel quickly became a moment of transformation. Hosted inside Yama Restaurant and produced in collaboration with Studioss.co, the evening was an unveiling of our new brand identity and the official launch of our redesigned website.
For a company that has always been in motion, this milestone wasn’t about reinvention for reinvention’s sake. It was about evolution, a chance to reflect on where we’ve come from, and where we are heading.
Building Toward the Moment
Months of planning went into creating an evening that felt both celebratory and intentional. Every detail was chosen to carry the Dulcedo signature: branded menus and coasters, a signature cocktail aptly named “The Runway Spritz,” and a Polaroid comp card station that added a touch of nostalgia.
The result was an atmosphere that felt alive, electric with the energy of team members, clients, and collaborators gathering to celebrate both history and future. Most importantly, our models and creators were at the heart of it all. This rebrand and relaunch were built for them; an evolution designed to elevate their voices, careers, and impact.
This launch was a true orchestration of moving parts, and it took rallying teams across departments to make it happen. From those first brainstorming sessions on how our amazing talent should be showcased, to shaping copy and a tone of voice that felt true to our new identity, to teaming up with our communications crew to handpick every image for a cohesive look. Then came the behind-the-scenes hustle of getting everything ready on the backend, and finally, directing the launch reveal with our graphics team. It really was a race to the finish line, but in the best way! And when every piece clicked into place right on time, it was a reminder of what we can accomplish when everyone leans in together.
Design Meets Identity
If the event was the celebration, the website was the centrepiece. Clean, elevated, modern, and uncompromising in its aesthetic, the platform embodies Dulcedo’s unwavering values behind the rebrand.
Working on the rebrand has been so exciting! I truly loved the new design direction and made it my mission to study it inside and out. One of my favourite parts was breaking down the design elements to understand why certain choices were made and how to translate them across all of our materials. I had a lot of fun collaborating with wonderful humans to bring the vision to life for the launch; from leadership, JJ, our social media manager, Maliya, to the event planner, Andy. I don't design for myself, I design to create things other people will enjoy and resonate with—so seeing the materials in person, especially the videos, and experiencing everyone's live reaction was extremely fulfilling.
A Speech on Evolution
During the evening, Dulcedo CEO Karim S. Leduc addressed the crowd with words that underscored the company’s philosophy of growth. At the heart of his message was a theme that has guided Dulcedo from its earliest days: elevating people.
He spoke about becoming more of who we already are—continuing our rise as one of North America’s leading talent agencies, and reinforcing our position as a powerhouse in the influencer space. For him, Dulcedo’s evolution is about scale, but always with people at the center.
Gratitude + Looking Ahead
Moments like these are never built alone. Our deepest thanks go to Vogue Hotel, Yama Restaurant, and the brilliant team at Studioss.co, whose collaboration helped shape an unforgettable, chic night.
What lies ahead is clear: a Dulcedo that continues to evolve, expanding into new industries while staying true to the DNA that has carried us for fifteen years. Passion. Creativity. Integrity. And above all, people.
The launch was a celebration, yes, but also a commitment to what comes next.
